1. Find Broken Link Building Opportunities on Wikipedia
This is personally my favorite way, professional says the link from wiki are no-follow, but believe me it helped a lot in building decent ranking and drive some decent traffic that really stay let me explain you how it is going to help you gain decent ranking and how you are going to build those links.
First of all they are no-follow links so it does not transfer any rank juice but they really help in long term relations, We need to analyse the people who read wiki articles, they are not just information seeker but latest research show if they find something unique they tend to click its source to verify things. In this way we suppose if reader of wiki articles are 100% and only 60% of them tends to click the source and out of those 60%, only 2% reading your linked articles and click on source, you now have a better understanding of what you are going to get and how many clicks you are going to get in 2%.
First, use this simple search string:
- site:wikipedia.org [keyword] + “dead link”
- For example, if you were in the investing space you’d search for something like this:
- Next, visit a page in the search results that’s relevant to your site:
- Hit ctrl + f and search for “dead link”:
- Your browser will jump to any dead links in the references section:
Pro Tip: Wikipedia actually has a list of articles with dead links. This makes finding dead links in Wikipedia even easier.

The Skyscraper Technique to achieve these impressive results.
Not only that, but wanted to share this case study with all of you.
The idea was simple:
Instead of writing a new post for upgraded or new information on different article & case study, why don’t I add it to an existing post?
So that’s what I did.
Specifically, I added new case study to the old post: (I also updated the images and added some new tips)
The final result?
A new and improved version of the post: To make sure the new post got the attention it deserved, I re-promoted it by sending an email to the community & website owner:
I also shared it on social media: The result?
A 122% increase in organic traffic to that page.
4. Copy Adwords Ads to Make Killer Title and Description Tags

Many giants in your niche use Google adwords to create advertisement, and when you search for specific product you can see the advertisement, there you go.
Split tests to maximize clicks.
